"Hysteria" (CRYDA007) is the fourth single released by Le Knight Club, and it is the seventh publication from the label Crydamoure, owned by Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo. It was released as a two-sided vinyl release, with Side B being a sequel to Side A.

"Hysteria" is included in the Side A of the release while it's sequel "Hysteria II" is on Side B. Both contain uncredited samples of the song "Miracles" by Change[2], each taken an extract from different intervals.
